Terms of Service

Version 1.5Effective September 22, 2026

The agreement between you and Native Code LLC for QRFLOW.codes. Written to be read. Goes together with the Privacy Policy.

In short

Free codes are free forever. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you keep access to the end of what you paid for. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it, no questions. Your codes and your data are yours. Do not use the service to hurt people, and keep the small credit link if you embed the generator.

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Native Code LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada, United States and based in Las Vegas, Nevada. QRFLOW.codes is our product; "we", "us" and "our" mean Native Code LLC.

They apply when you use the website at qrflow.codes, generate or download a QR code here, create an account, subscribe to Premium or Business, scan a code that we redirect, or embed our generator on your own site.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to hold an account or buy a plan. Generating a code without an account has no age requirement beyond the Privacy Policy's rule that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" then means that company.

You may not use the service if we have previously closed your account for a breach of these terms, or if a law that applies to you prohibits it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to. Keep your password to yourself, use one you have not used elsewhere, and tell us straight away if you believe someone else has got in.

The email address on your account needs to be accurate and current. We use it for receipts, security notices and anything that affects your codes.

Team seats. On Business you may invite other people into your account as editors or viewers. They act on your behalf and everything they do there is treated as done by you: codes they create belong to your account, and you are responsible for whom you invite and for removing them when they should no longer have access. A person you invite keeps their own separate account and may leave at any time. If your plan drops below Business, members lose write access at once and their seats close after 30 days.

AI assistants and connected apps. You may connect an AI assistant (through our MCP server) or another app to your account by approving it on our connection screen. Anything it does in your account is done at your request and counts as your own use of the service: check what an assistant proposes before you confirm a change or a deletion, and disconnect anything you no longer use from the Account page. Codes an assistant makes follow the same plan limits and rules as codes you make yourself.

API keys. On Business you may create API keys. A key is a secret that acts as your account: keep it on your own servers, never in a web page or app you distribute, and revoke it if it may have leaked. Requests made with a key are subject to the same rules as this agreement and to the rate limits published on the developer page; we may pause a key that is being abused and will tell you when we do. Keys stop working 30 days after the plan that allows them ends.

If you sign in with Google, your use of Google is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and profile picture to create and sign you in to your account, nothing more; the Privacy Policy says exactly how that data is handled. You can disconnect Google from your account at any time and keep using it with an email password.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. What happens to your codes and data when you do is set out in section 7 and in the Privacy Policy.

4. What we provide

A QR code generator anyone can use without an account, and, on paid plans, dynamic codes whose destination we redirect and can change after printing, scan analytics, customization, security options, bulk generation and your own link domain; and, on Business, team seats, several link domains, API keys and GS1 codes. What each plan includes is listed on the Pricing page at the time you buy, and that list is part of this agreement.

A static code contains its content inside the image and keeps working whether or not we exist. A dynamic code depends on our redirect service; we keep that service running for as long as the code's owner has an account, including on the Free plan after a downgrade, subject to the caps in section 6.

We aim to keep the service available and we fix faults as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and unless we have signed a separate agreement we do not offer a service level guarantee or service credits. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can.

Features marked beta or preview may change or be withdrawn without the notice period in section 15. Scan analytics are derived from what phones and networks report and are accurate enough to run a campaign on, not a legal record; do not rely on them for billing third parties.

5. Fees, billing, renewal and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy, in United States dollars, and exclude any tax that applies where you are, which we add at checkout where we are required to collect it. Premium is $4 a month or $36 a year; Business is $29 a month or $290 a year. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. Cancel any time from the Account page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Fourteen days, no questions. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
  • Annual plans. Cancel within 30 days of an annual payment and we refund it in full. After that, we refund the unused whole months if you ask.
  • Renewals you did not mean to make. Tell us within 30 days of a renewal charge you did not intend and we refund it, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features in that period.
  • How long it takes. We process refunds within one business day. Your bank usually takes another five to ten days to show it. Refunds go back to the card that paid.

If a payment fails we retry it and tell you. If it keeps failing, the account returns to the Free plan; nothing is deleted. If we raise a price, your current period finishes at the old price and we tell you before the new one applies, so you have time to cancel.

Consumer law in your country may give you stronger rights than this section, including statutory cooling-off periods. Nothing here limits those rights.

6. Fair-use caps

Paid plans advertise unlimited codes and unlimited scans. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, "unlimited" means the fair-use limits below. They exist to stop abuse; a real business will not meet them.

  • Up to 1,000 saved codes per account on Premium (up to 25,000 on Business). Above this, we get in touch about a higher-volume plan.
  • Unlimited scans on Premium and Business. If a single code passes 100,000 scans in a calendar month on Premium (1,000,000 on Business) we email you to check in; the code keeps working. Automated or abusive traffic above 1,000,000 scans per code per month on Premium (10,000,000 on Business) may be paused while we talk to you.
  • Up to 500 bulk-generated codes per month on Premium (up to 500 per CSV upload). Business allows up to 10,000 per month and 2,000 per upload.
  • Free plan. Static codes have no scan limit because they never touch our servers. A dynamic code owned by a Free account (after a downgrade) redirects up to 500 scans per calendar month, then shows a notice until the month ends or the plan is upgraded.

Bot, scraper and link-preview traffic does not count toward scan totals. If a code consistently exceeds its allowance we may throttle it or ask you to upgrade; we will tell you before we act, and we do not silently disable working codes.

7. Your codes and your data

Your data is yours: the destinations, labels, logos and settings you give us, and the scan records we collect for your dynamic codes. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to host it, process it, redirect scans, show it back to you and back it up.

You are responsible for the content and destinations of the codes you create, and for having the rights to any logo or material you upload. Where scan records include information about the people who scan your codes, you are the controller of that information and we are your processor, acting on your instructions; the Privacy Policy describes exactly what a scan record contains.

You can export scan history as CSV at any time. If you delete your account, dynamic codes stop redirecting immediately and your data is removed on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. If we ever discontinue the service, we give at least 30 days' notice, stop charging you, keep the redirects running through that notice period so you can reprint, and refund the unused part of your current period.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use QRFLOW.codes to:

  • redirect to malware, phishing, scams, or anything that steals credentials or money;
  • distribute content that is illegal where you or your scanners are, including child sexual abuse material, which we report;
  • impersonate another person or business, or place codes on property you do not control;
  • send automated traffic at the service, probe it for weaknesses, or try to get around limits and plan restrictions;
  • link to or upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
  • send spam, run pyramid or "get rich quick" schemes, or sell goods and services that are illegal where you or your scanners are;
  • resell access to the service, or use it to build a competing service.

We may pause or disable any code that breaks these rules, and we tell the owner why unless the law prevents it. Repeat or serious breaches close the account.

Copyright complaints. If a QR code hosted with us points at or contains material that infringes your copyright, email support@nativecodeapps.com with "copyright" in the subject, the short link or code address, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement, made in good faith and under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We act on complete notices promptly and tell the code owner, who may send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

9. Our intellectual property, and your feedback

We own the service, its software, its design and the QRFLOW.codes name and mark. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you. The QR codes you generate are yours to use anywhere, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required (the small mark on Free downloads, in either format, is the only exception, and Premium removes it).

If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may use it to improve the service without owing you anything, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The logos, images and text you add to codes stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display and reproduce them only as needed to run the service for you (for example rendering your logo into a code and showing it in your Dashboard). The license ends when you delete the code or the account, except for backups that rotate out within 30 days.

10. Embedding the generator on your site

You may embed the QRFLOW.codes generator on any site you control using the snippet on the Embed page. The embed is free, and the price is attribution: the QRFLOW.codes link the widget renders must stay visible, unmodified and followable (no nofollow, no hiding, no relinking). Removing or altering the link ends your license to embed, and the widget may stop working and show a notice instead.

The loader tells us the page address it runs on so the embed can work and so we can see where the credit link is; it collects nothing about your visitors.

11. Third-party services

Codes can point at services run by other companies (a Google Form, a payment page, a social profile). We are not responsible for those services or for what they do with information you or your scanners give them. The providers we use to run QRFLOW.codes are listed in the Privacy Policy.

We also offer QRFLOW.codes inside other platforms, such as our app for Canva. Using the service through such an app is using the service under these terms, and the platform's own terms apply to the platform. When you connect an app to your account you choose which permissions it gets, and you can revoke them at any time from the Account page. The age requirement in section 2 applies inside those apps too: you must be at least 18 to connect one. We are not responsible for the platform, for changes it makes that affect the app, or for designs and content you create there.

12. Suspension and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or close your account if:

  • you materially breach these terms or the acceptable-use rules;
  • we are required to by law;
  • your use is causing an immediate risk to the service, to scanners or to other people using it.

Except for an immediate risk or a legal requirement, we warn you and give you a reasonable chance to put it right first. If we close your account for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.

13. Warranty disclaimer

Except where the law does not allow it, the service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do warrant that we provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Test every code before you print it. We cannot see your print run, and a code that scanned on screen can fail on glossy stock or at the wrong size; the Help center explains how to check.

14. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, even if warned they were possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars if you have paid nothing.

These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay us, to the indemnity below, or to anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from the content or destinations of your codes, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of a law. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and cooperate reasonably.

15. Changes to the service and to these terms

We improve the service continuously, which means it changes. We will not remove a feature you are paying for without telling you first. We may update these terms; the version number and effective date at the top always show the current version. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new version, cancel before the effective date and we refund the unused part of your current period.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, or applies mandatory consumer protections in your favor, this section does not take that away.

Before starting proceedings, tell us the problem through the contact page. We will try to resolve it with you directly, and most of the time that works.

17. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the plan description you bought under are the whole agreement and replace anything said before.
  • Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a sale of the business, and we will tell you.
  • Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control, such as a natural disaster or a failure of the public internet. This does not excuse a failure to pay.
  • Notices. We give notice by email to the address on your account. You give notice through the contact page or at support@nativecodeapps.com.

18. How to reach us

Native Code LLC is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Email support@nativecodeapps.com or use the contact page; a person answers within one business day. If it is about a live code that is misbehaving, say so at the top and we move it up the queue.
