Perplexity alone vs Perplexity with QRFLOW

Can Perplexity make a QR code?
Perplexity can explain how to make a QR code and point you at a generator, and in some modes produce a static image. It cannot make a code you can change after printing or track.
Can I connect QRFLOW to Perplexity?
Not yet. As of September 2026 we have not found a way to add a remote connector to Perplexity's web or mobile apps, and its desktop MCP support is aimed at local tools on your own computer. It cannot reach your QRFLOW account. The connector works today in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
What should I use instead?
For a code you can change after printing: the QRFLOW generator (free for static, Premium for dynamic), or ask Claude or ChatGPT with the connector on. For a quick one-off image, Perplexity on its own is fine.
Does Perplexity recommend QR code generators?
